  • Built for cruising, the Kink Drifter 26” is designed for all the times when a traditional 20” BMX bike might not be so practical.

Whether it’s riding to school or work, out with your kids, or even ripping around your local skatepark, the Drifter can handle it all.

Built with all standard BMX components, the Drifter is super low maintenance, and can be upgraded with any standard BMX components; even pegs and a gyro. So go rip a skid, lock into a wheelie, or just get out for a comfortable cruise on the new Carbide Gray Drifter.

BMX BIKE SIZE GUIDE

BMX bikes are measured in two ways: the size of the wheel (20” is the standard BMX wheel size), and the length of the frame which is gauged by the top tube measurement. We have also simplified for you into XS, Small, Medium, etc.

Here is a guide to what size you should be looking for - note that there is some overlap in sizes, as personal preference also comes into the equation!

Great Bike to Ride around neighborhood

    First non-Walmart/sporting goods bike.

    Info:

I’m 5’7 and a causally ride with my kid. We ride in gravel, dirt roads, hilly pavement. She’s rides a huffy with coaster brakes, will need to upgrade her once she ages out.

    Pros:

Rides smooth and get going. Turns easily and the stopping is gradual and not a sudden jerk. Going up hill isn’t a problem long as you stand and half leg endurance. Looks really good compared to most bicycles. The single speed aspect is awesome, less maintenance. The cruising noise it makes has grown on me over time and love it. Customer service is also top notch here, that’s why I chose this store.

    Cons:

Brakes are slick until you ride some. The manual told me to buy some tools that doesn’t get used for putting together the bike. Instructions in the manual are a little wonky. Putting on the brakes took me a while(never had to do it with huffy bikes). I did have a sharp slim metal/plastic piece that was poking out the pedal. Tire is out of shape, hopefully riding it will fix it. Seat is hard for cruising, you feel every bump and inner butt will hurt, it is getting softer as I ride more.
