SHIPPING OPTIONS
All shipping costs, transit times and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout once you have entered your shipping address, but below is a guide of what to expect.
FREE US STANDARD SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $199.99*
Our standard shipping services are fully tracked from start to finish and are available on all orders - best of all, free standard shipping is available on all US orders over $199.99 in the 48 contiguous States. Free shipping is not available in Canada.

EXPRESS AND PRIORITY SHIPPING OPTIONS AVAILABLE
Some orders qualify for optional express or Priority shipping, either by air or express ground services. In most cases we can get your order to you next day. Not all orders qualify for express shipping - please add items to cart and enter your address to get a list of your available shipping options.
*SELECT BIKES AND BULKY ITEMS FLAT $19.95 SHIPPING
Some bulky items and select bikes which to not qualify for free standard shipping will be shipped at a subsidized flat fee of $19.95. Due to their size and weight it is not possible to offer free shipping on these orders but the majority of costs are still covered by us.
PLEASE NOTE: We can not ship to PO Box Addresses.
GENERAL SHIPPING INFO
We deliver on weekdays (Monday - Friday) but typically not on weekends
We aim to despatch in stock orders same day if ordered before 2pm EST. This applies to in stock items and excludes those items which have a processing time (which is clearly marked on the products detail page next to the add to cart button), as well as custom bikes and custom wheels.
FULLY TRACKED DELIVERIES
All our deliveries are fully tracked from start to finish and you will be notified of each step from despatch to delivery. You can check the status of your order anytime from your account page or from the link in your confirmation email.
CUSTOM BIKES & WHEELS
For custom products please allow an extra 3 extra days while we get these built & ready for despatch.
FAQs
Our daily shipping cutoff is 2pm Eastern time on weekdays. We try to ship all express orders placed before the cut off the same day.
Note that in busy times express shipments are prioritised over standard delivery options.
In some cases orders also require stock to arrive into our warehouse before we are able to ship, but we aim to get orders to you in line with your shipping method. For instance if you choose standard shipping (2-7 days) you should expect your order to arrive within 7 days.

Shipping times vary depending on the service and your location, but transit times specific to your address are displayed at the checkout once your address has been entered (before payment is taken).
Saturday delivery is offered on some services but at present is not selectable at checkout. This feature will be added soon!
As soon as your order has shipped we will email or text your tracking details. You can also track your parcel by visiting your order history on your Account page
From time to time we split orders into multiple shipments to get your order to you quicker than it would be to wait for all items to ship together.
There is no additional charge for this, however we cannot guarantee that all parcels will arrive at the same time.
We can not ship to PO box address. A full address is needed in order for us to be able to fulfil and deliver your order.
