With the launch of our Source Rewards program, you can now earn 3,400 points for each friend you refer to us - that's enough points to claim a $10 discount voucher or one of a host of our exclusive rewards products.

How do I refer friends?

First, make sure you're logged in to our website. If you don't already have an account with us, you can do that here. You'll then have instant access to Source Rewards, allowing you to earn points for every purchase you make and by doing some simple activities like joining our newsletter, following us on Instagram, and much more.

Once you're logged in, head to the Source Rewards page and look for the 'EARN POINTS' section - there will be a 'REFER FRIENDS' box in here. Click the 'Refer A Friend' button to get your unqiue referral link, which you can easily share with friends via WhatsApp, Facebook, email, etc, or you can copy your referral URL and send it however you like.

Whenever a friend lands on our site via your referral link, they'll get a welcome message with their unique $10 discount code that they can use on their first purchase over $40. We'll take care of the rest!

How do I claim my reward?

As soon as your friend receives their order* we'll award your account with 3,400 points (if you're on our mailing list we'll also send you an email to let you know). That's enough points for you to immediately claim a $10 discount voucher or one of a whole host of our exclusive merch rewards - just head to Source Rewards and choose a reward!

You can also save up your points to claim one of our bigger rewards - you can refer multiple friends, and earn more points just by make purchases or completing any of our free activities!

Are there any terms & conditions?

Anyone you refer will need to spend a minimum of $40 and be a new customer to use their discount code and to trigger your reward.

Points are only awarded when your friend actually receives their order. If they cancel their order that'll cancel your referral.

You can refer as many friends as you like. However, referring the same person with different email addresses (or trying to refer yourself on a different email) won't work and you won't get a reward.

All Source Rewards points are valid for 12 months, at which point they'll expire. If you're on our mailing list we'll send you a heads-up 30 days before that happens. Placing an order will reset your points' expiry date for another 12 months, allowing you to save them up until you're ready to use them.
