The advice online is correct buy the size up as they come small
Been using the fuse alpha separate knees and shin pads for years and they have been great so I was looking for a thin combo pad and ended up on these.
It’s a great upgrade they have a good feel and work well.
I would suggest getting a size up from what you need in the alpha pad as these are a tighter fit.
Is it just 1 or 2 leg pads
