Was worried about the padding at first. More than enough protection and solid. Feel safer already

Same with the knee pads, I have never used pads before but it's like I'm still not wearing them with these on. Very comfortable and no movement.

They stay up in place really well. And they are reasonably cool.

Good fit. Because the fabric is not too thick, it fits in the shoe. Protects the elbow against blows that are not too hard.

The pas are so soft i dont feel pain when im falling
