Construit à partir de 7075-T6 entièrement usiné CNC 7075-T6 Aluminium avec une conception de rayons qui augmente l'épaisseur vers le centre pour plus de résistance.

Le pignon de Boyd peut être exécuté sur des broches de talte de 19 mm, 22 mm et 24 mm avec les adaptateurs inclus.
