SHIPPING OPTIONS
All shipping costs, transit times and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout once you have entered your shipping address, but below is a guide of what to expect.
FAST SHIPPING TO THE USA AND NORTH AMERICA
All orders to the USA will be shipped via a premium air service and typically arrive within 3-7 days. All orders are fully tracked from start to finish and you will be emailed tracking details upon despatch and your account page and order confirmation page will be updated in real-time.
PLEASE NOTE: We can not ship to PO Box Addresses.
GENERAL SHIPPING INFOs
We aim to despatch in stock orders same day if ordered before 6pm EST. This applies to in stock items and excludes those items which have a processing time (which is clearly marked on the products detail page next to the add to cart button), as well as custom bikes and custom wheels.
FULLY TRACKED DELIVERIES
All our deliveries are fully tracked from start to finish and you will be notified of each step from despatch to delivery. You can check the status of your order anytime from your account page or from the link in your confirmation email.
CUSTOM BIKES & WHEELS
For custom products please allow an extra 3 extra days while we get these built & ready for despatch.
DUTIES AND TAXES
Duties and Taxes will be calculated at checkout for USA and Canadian orders for full transparency. Other countries may encounter import and duty charges upon delivery which will be the responsibility of the customer to pay and are not covered by Source BMX.
FAQs
Our daily shipping cutoff is 2pm Eastern time on weekdays.
Note that in busy times express shipments are prioritised over standard delivery options.
In some cases orders also require stock to arrive into our warehouse before we are able to ship, but we aim to get orders to you in line with your shipping method. For instance if you choose standard shipping (2-7 days) you should expect your order to arrive within 7 days.

We dont offer a select Saturday delivery option however many deliveries are made at Weekends via our Couriers. please check your tracking info for up to date delivery expectations.
As soon as your order has shipped we will email or text your tracking details. You can also track your parcel by visiting your order history on your Account page
From time to time we split orders into multiple shipments to get your order to you quicker than it would be to wait for all items to ship together. this will be obvious to you at checkout and multiple tracking numbers and information will be provided.
We can not ship to PO box address. A full address is needed in order for us to be able to fulfil and deliver your order.
