if you want a light knee pad that are flexible but have LOTS of protection, these are it. They also hide real nice under the pants, i recommended getting a size up, i'm 6'2 but i have skinny legs more less and i would've never guessed a medium / large would've fit, but they're nice and snug, definitely a bit of a break in process but they are SO comfortable. I really recommend these, they're the best of the best and you are 110% getting the bang for your buck... you should really buy these- won't be disappointed . i have nothing but good things to say about this product except for one thing, they're a little hard to take off but i have a giant size 13 foot (US sizing) so it won't be a problem for most , and if you're interested in shin pads too, yes, they will fit in your leg, i even run ankle braces(space brace 2.0, highly recommend) and there is just enough room for everything to fit.
