Good fit. Because the fabric is not too thick, it fits in the shoe. Protects the elbow against blows that are not too hard.
Totally not a BMX guy...but these work as great under clothes and so are suitable for skateparks. Naturally is use the heavier knee and elbow pads if I were doing vert skating, but for street and freestyle scenarios these are great.
They felt a little bit stiff In the beginning, but after some use they have loosened up. Nice fit and useful sizeguide.
