Unless my scale was off my seat weighed 258 grams not the 238 grams advertised. I cut the seatpost a decent amount and it weighed in at 228 grams after that. It sits a little higher than a slim tripod seat when fully slammed because of the section where the seat is bonded to the post, and in my opinion that doesn't look as clean. I don't regret my purchase and i love the seat!! It's a great way to cut unecesary weight if you don't use your seat too much and i think the bee graphic looks awesome. If you are into light weight slim seats with minimal padding and a cool bee graphic this might be the seat for you.
