Subrosa's Altus BMX is an entry level 20" bike designed to handle all that daily BMX abuse without having to break the bank.
It's built with a shorter 20" top tube making it ideal for smaller riders ready to take that step up to full sized 20" wheels. It all starts with Hi-ten steel construction throughout the frame, fork and bars making the Altus incredibly strong and durable rounded off with a reliable 3-piece chromoly crankset.
This beginner ride is loaded with Rant parts from the top load stem, Spring U-brake, Trill plastic pedals and H.A.B.D. grips with a Subrosa Mid combo seat. Lastly the hubs, Squad rims and Squad tires from Rant take care of the wheels.

BMX bikes are measured in two ways: the size of the wheel (20” is the standard BMX wheel size), and the length of the frame which is gauged by the top tube measurement. We have also simplified for you into XS, Small, Medium, etc.Here is a guide to what size you should be looking for - note that there is some overlap in sizes, as personal preference also comes into the equation!
