  • Universal plastic hub guard that easily attaches to the spokes with a simple spring clip that keeps the guard under tension and in place. The tension system is away from the grind side, so it isn't affected as the guard wears down. Works on most front hubs and some rear hubs. Weight: 25g / 0.9oz.

    spot on

Its big enough to protect the spokes as well as just the hub, and £9 stops you replacing spokes every other ride. no complaints, Im getting a second one for the other side.

    Good.

Pros: Good hub guard for the front. I have done a lot of tooth picks and this shows not much wear at all.

Very strong and doesnt get caught up on ledges (so far)

Dont have to rotate this guard after every couple of rides since it rotates with the wheel.

Merrits video of them trying to angle grind this guard persuaded me to get this, and im happy with it.

Cons: It does rub against my forks so the wheel spins a bit slower but my forks are narrower than most current forks.

The metal wire included didnt work for me, it got all messed up and was very annoying to put on my bike (the guard still wasnt attached properly after) so i put zip ties on, now its stronger and more stable than ever! (100 percent use zip ties!)
